“Nobody really cares if you are miserable, so you might as well be happy.” – Cynthia Nelms
Happiness is a state of being.
If we are not being happy, then we begin to lose bits and pieces of ourselves along the way…
Until we get to the point where we blend with the shadows.
Happiness is acceptance.
Of who we are and for the choices we make.
Without acceptance of who we are, we surrender to complacency.
Happiness is love.
Love for self.
Love for others.
Love for life.
Reflection:
- Doing what you are doing now, are you happy?
- If you constantly make others happy, do you have time set aside for your happiness?
- Are you more happy now than you when you were five years old?
- What unique experiences in life makes you happy?
“Anyone can find the dirt in someone. Be the one who finds the GOLD.”
